God's Provision

This week has been a trying one. Last Saturday, Heather ended up in the emergency room with a severe infection. She followed up her ER visit with a doctor's visit and is taking several medications. On top of all that added expense, this week we sent in a $1650 check to our adoption agency. Needless to say it was with some trepidation that I mailed the check. I wanted to hang on to it for a few more days to make sure we had the money. God reassured me that He called our family to adopt and He would provide for all our needs. Today, Heather and I received just under $2000 in cash. Wow! Our God is a God who provides. I would like to thank each of you who have prayed for us as we go through the adoption process. I would also like to thank those of you who have donated. We don't even know who all of you are, but your gifts are appreciated and will be used for adopting a child. Please continue to pray for our family. We are so amazed at the goodness of our God and at the generosity of our family and friends.
